Sales Estimator – interesting role – good earnings potential

specifically looking for a top-grade sales estimator to help take us forward into 2020 and beyond.
THE POSITION
The mission of this role is to ensure that estimating is done thoroughly and accurately and that
customers are getting samples and quotes promptly. Accuracy and speed in quoting is a key driver of
sales and profitability and frees up the sales team to spend more time engaging directly with the
customer, which in turn further drives sales and profit.
You will be analytical and well organised. You will have good IT skills and be especially conversant
with excel. You will be a fast learner who can adapt quickly to shifting priorities and demands. You
will understand profit drivers and will be accustomed to thinking beyond your immediate role in
ways that benefit the business overall. You will have a strong estimating background and skills –
ideally within the packaging industry.

Salary range from £23,000 to £25,000. Additional bonus of up to £2400 p/a based on achievement of
team and company goals (paid monthly). Quarterly bonus of a % of your salary on achievement of
company sales and GP targets.
