Key Account Manager
Allpack is growing fast and we are always on the lookout for great people. We are currently specifically looking for an exceptional account manager to help take us forward into 2020 and beyond.
THE POSITION
The mission of this role is to is to support the achievement of the overall objectives for your sales territory by working in a ‘buddy’ partnership with the field based Regional/National Sales Manager for the territory.
You will be office based with the following key objectives:
• To keep each account under continual review to ensure customers are retained.
• To exploit every opportunity to grow sales and profit volumes.
• To become a packaging guru with a complete mastery of our products and services.
• To maximise your buddy’s face to face time with customers by coordinating their activities and providing admin support as necessary.
This will be a busy role and on a day to day basis you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks such as; analysing customer spending trends, spotting gaps in products purchased, managing price increases, introducing new products, coordinating quote requests with the estimating team, expediting sales orders with the customer care team, managing consignment stocks, booking appointments for your buddy and updating CRM activities etc. You will have a range of Key Performance Activity targets to meet as part of this work.
You will be super organised and able to think on your feet. You will be a relationship builder who is able to get things done for your customers. You will have a track record of success in the same or similar role and will be accustomed to managing relationships with blue-chip customers.

Salary range from £25,000 to £30,000. Car allowance of £380/month with any business mileage paid at HMRC maximum rates. Monthly KPA bonus and a Quarterly company GP bonus.
