specifically looking for a dynamic Customer Care Executive to help take us forward into 2020 and
beyond.
THE POSITION
The mission of this role is to assist our customer care team to drive sales and profitability by
maintaining and continually improving standards of customer care across the business, and by
exploiting every opportunity to upsell and cross sell.
You will be a customer care champion with a naturally engaging personality and experience in
building strong relationships with customers. You will be intelligent and able to learn quickly and
think on your feet. You will be very organised and will thrive in a fast-paced environment with
constantly shifting priorities. You will be a problem-solver, able to use your initiative to address day
to day issues, and you will be equally happy applying your creativity to improving our customer care
processes.

Salary dependant on experience and capability. Monthly KPA Bonus.
